CEO

Carl Bellante joined KSI in 1983, where he has played an integral part in the companies’ evolution. In 2001 he was appointed to the position of president and chief executive officer.  With more than 20 years experience in the business of International Trade, Mr. Bellante, a licensed customs broker, has also served on the board of directors for the Custom Brokers and Forwarders Association and been an associate instructor for Leaphart & Associates.

CFO

Dennis Siu was appointed to his current position in 2001, where serves as chief financial officer, evolving to this position from over 20 years experience in international finance, brokerage, and technology.  Mr. Siu manages the accounting and the I.T departments, and is a licensed customs broker. He has held managerial positions in numerous areas throughout the company during his tenure at KSI Corp.

Senior Vice President - Sale & Marketing

Michael Ford joined KSI Corp. in 1998 and was appointed as vice president of business development and global logistics in 2001, spearheading the growth and development of the company.  Mr. Ford came to KSI with more than 15 years experience in the manufacturing and logistics industries for both international and domestic, and is Apix licensed.

Vice President - National Import Operation

Chris Ramos is the national import manager for KSI Corp., bringing to this position over 17 years experience in import brokerage and logistics at KSI.  Mr. Ramos is a licensed customs broker and an active participant in the trade community, serving on the board of directors for the Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association.

District Manager

Lisa Nelson is a branch manager.  Ms. Nelson brings over 10 years of brokerage and logistics experience to her current position in our Southern California office and is a licensed customs broker.  Prior to relocating to Los Angeles area, she held various supervisory positions at the San Francisco headquarters.  Ms. Nelson graduated from University of San Francisco and post graduation, held positions in purchasing and management.

Compliance Manager

Dan Kromat has been a a customs compliance manager since 1988 and has over 30 years experience in the customs brokerage and logistics, and is a licensed customs broker.  Prior to joining KSI, Mr. Kromat was president and owner of International Service Group for 13 years; general manager of imports for Novo Corporation; and manager of customs and duties for Fairchild Semiconductor.

Accounting Manager

Anita Lee is the accounting manager, has been with KSI for over 20 years. She oversees both the San Francisco and Los Angeles accounting departments. Ms. Lee graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in business administration.
